Bernadette Windsor Payne believes that God gives inspiration through the simple things of everyday living. Bernadette is a widow who seeks to encourage others and exhort the Lord at all times.
She has been an employee of the federal government for the past 16 years. She is a member of Toastmasters International and she believes that everyone has a story to tell.
Frequently called ‘an undiscovered comic’, Bernadette finds humor and a silver lining in every storm of life. She has a pet fish named Spike that is the king of his aquarium.
