“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5

Have you ever been down? Have you ever felt lost or unsure about yourself? Have you ever felt unsure about your purpose? It is very easy to let life make you doubt yourself. Sometimes things don’t go the way that you want them to go. Sometimes people disappoint you. Quite often, life can be disappointing as well. As the commercial states – “Sometimes life comes at you fast.”
When this happens you have to look at the things that are not seen rather than looking at the things that are seen. You have to see yourself as God sees you. You must remember who you are in Christ. You are not stupid. You are not dumb. You are not weak. You are not whatever the world may be calling you.
You are not to be defeated, downtrodden or depressed. You are not to be fearful, frightful or fainthearted. You are a child of God! You are too blessed to be stressed! Your Heavenly Father loves you so much so that He knows the number of individual hairs on your head. In order to live a full abundant life, you have to know who you are in Christ Jesus.
Don’t live your life being who the world says that you are. Live your life being who God says that you are. When those days come that you don’t feel the best or when you feel down think about the promises that God has made to you. Remember who you are in God’s eyes. When those days come, look in the mirror and repeat the things that God says that you are.
Look in the mirror and say: I am Anointed! I am Blessed! I am crucified with Christ! I am Delivered! I am Established to the end! I am Favored! I am Glorified with Christ. I am the Head and not the tail! I am an Intercessor! I am Justified!
I am a King’s kid! I am Loved! I am Mighty in Christ! I am an Overcomer! I am full of Peace! I am Redeemed! I am Set free! I am the temple of the Holy Spirit! I am Unique! I am Victorious! I am His Workmanship! I am what God says that I am!!!
Always remember and never forget that God made you! He knows your every strength and your every weakness. He knows your ups and your downs. And more importantly He loves you and predestined you to be conformed to the image of His Son, Jesus Christ!
Be blessed,
Bern

I need to, We all need to.. remember who we are as God’s children. I wonder why its so harder to see ourselves as valuable but others we can see more valuable?
